• An undescended testicle, when very young
• Wisdom teeth removed
• A ruptured Achilles tendon sutured
• A really bad infected cyst removed from the back of my neck

Broken bones: No, although the ruptured Achilles tendon is a serviceable substitute.

Quit a job: I left my job at CopyMat when Katie and I moved to Houston, and I guess that counts. It was an amicable separation rather than "I quit!"
Flown on a plane: Yes, many times since I was quite young.
